The promotion code (“Code”) is good for one qualifying PSN account to redeem the entitlement to download ModNation™ Racers Sackboy™ Mod and Kart DLC for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system via the PlayStation®Store. Code expires 5/25/11. Once code is redeemed, however, the entitlement permits download of ModNation™ Racers Sackboy™ Mod and Kart DLC to 5 of PS3™ activated systems even after Code expiration. The approximate value of the Code is $0.00 USD.
